TMX Datalinx Files Proposed Fee Changes for Regulatory Approval

TMX Datalinx, the information services division of TMX Group Limited, filed the following proposed fee changes with the Ontario Securities Commission: (i) increase the monthly rate for professional subscribers of the TSX Level 1 data feed ("TL1"), (ii) remove reference to the Market-by-Price product for professional subscribers as TSX will be decommissioning this product in the near future, (iii) decrease the fee for the MarketBook product for professional subscribers, and (iv) clarification and presentation changes related to the MarketBook monthly rate.
